Two of the country’s most accomplished chefs are combining their talents to showcase NSW’s top wines in 2008.
Steve Snow of Fins Restaurant and the Boathouse’s own executive chef Perry Hill are joining forces, continuing the theme from NSW Wine Week where top Sydney and regional chefs work together to present menus matched to NSW Wine.
Steve Snow is known as one of this country’s most accomplished seafood chefs, with a multitude of accomplishments including NSW Restaurant of the Year and double hatted status at Finns, Byron Bay.
Now relocated to Salt Village South Kingscliff, Steve has just published a new cook book - Byron Cooking and Eating.
Perry Hills skills learned from Luke Mangan, Janni Kyritsis, and the River Cafe in London have found their own home over the last few years at the helm of one of Australia’s leading seafood restaurant.
