Chardonnay 2006

2007 Swinging Bridge Chardonnay

 

The 2007 Chardonnay was again sourced from our top hillside block. The yields are a little lower from this block which gives the fruit added intensity. The Chardonnay shows some lemon and nutmeg on the nose while it has a fresh citrius flavoured palate with a tight finish. This wine has the potential to cellar for the next 3 - 5 years.

Shiraz 2006

2006 Swinging Bridge Shiraz

 

The 2006 Shiraz was made from ripe, specially selected fruit on low yielding vines. A dense varietal shiraz with blackberry and spice, charry oak and pronounced tannin on the palate.
