	2012 Swinging Bridge Sauvignon Blanc CODE: SBEsvb12 Our winemakers specially sourced the grapes for this 2012 Sauvignon Blanc from the Orange region. With its different range of terriors, cool temperatures during most of the growing season coupled with dry autumns, the region is ideal for grape growing and producing high quality cool climate wine. The 2012 Sauvignon Blanc offers intense passionfruit and lychee aromas with a hint of herbaceousness. The palate offers generous fruit flavours supported by crisp acid. 	2011 Swinging Bridge Chardonnay CODE: SBECRD11 The 2011 Chardonnay was again sourced from our top hillside block. The yields are a little lower from this block which gives the fruit added intensity. The Chardonnay shows some lemon and nutmeg on the nose while it has a fresh citrius flavoured palate with a tight finish. This wine has the potential to cellar for the next 3 - 5 years. 	2010 Swinging Bridge Cabernet Sauvignon CODE: SBECBT10 The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon was made from an exceptional vintage. An extremely even grape ripening and a cool finish before harvest have enhanced varietals characters. The Cabernet Sauvignon has earthy flavours of dark cherry, olive and tobacco complemented by sweet dark chocolate notes. Fine grained tannins create a wine with an extremely velvety texture.
